Reciprocating Submersible Piston Pump Oil Production Outfit

I. System Main Parts
Main parts include defueling pump, permanent magnet linear motor, submersible cable and control cabinet.

II. Connection of Parts
Linear motor is installed at the bottom, tube oil pump at the upper end, and control cabinet is connected to linear motor by submersible cable.

III. Working Principle
The linear motor performs reciprocating movement under control cabinet command to drive pump piston reciprocation and lift well liquid through oil pipe.

IV. Movement Features and Reliability

• Intermittent linear motor movement supports high pump efficiency and energy saving.
• Short connection distance between pump and motor with low stroke loss.
• No ground moving parts, safe operation and small site coverage.
• No moving parts inside oil pipe, adaptable to multiple shaft conditions.
• Control cabinet provides power conversion, status display and multiple protections for motor and pump.
• Optional remote wireless patrol system and optional dynamic liquid level monitoring system.

V. Adaptable Mediums
Adaptable to crude oil lifting in deep wells such as straight wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells.

VI. Applications
Used in crude oil exploration, shale gas recovery by discharging water, and coal-bed gas recovery by discharging water. Design follows the principle of "One Well One Pump".
