Forced Gas Lifting Oil Production Outfit

I. System Main Parts
Forced gas lifting oil production outfit mainly includes: high-pressure gas source device, control cabinet, gas transmission line and oil production device.

II. Connection of Parts
Connection of all parts is as shown in the system figure.

III. Working Principle
High-pressure gas source device generates high-pressure gas which enters the under-well oil production device via the gas transmission line. After oil liquid is discharged, gas is emitted and the cycle repeats to lift crude oil from under-well to ground destination.

IV. Movement Features

• Simple under-well structure with no moving parts, reducing sand blocking, airlock and mechanical damage risk.
• Gas source above well requires regular maintenance and supports intermittent operation with long service life.
• Gas circulates in enclosed transmission lines, supporting safe and reliable operation.
• Continuous stainless steel hose supports enclosed circulation without contacting outside gas.

V. System Reliability

• System overall heat resistance can reach up to 350C.
• Simple under-well device and static seal at wellhead reduce leakage and ground pollution.
• One-source and multiple-well control supports collective control and management.

VI. Adaptable Mediums
Adaptable to crude oil lifting in deep wells such as straight wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells.
